well ,, last couple of days were really hard,,
i must have thought of coming back like a thousand times in the last two days ,,, suddenly everything's just going wrong ,,
it hasn't even been twenty days ,, and it feels like years have gone by ,,
for some reason i find myself getting frustrated to the extent of pulling my hair off every now and then (thankfully superglue actually works)

people say u have to die to go to heaven/hell

if u plan to go to hell ,, u dont have to die ,,
come over on a visit visa ,,, at this point its 46 degrees with 60 percent humidity

all people do here is work ,,, just work and nothing but work to make more money,,
out of the people who've stayed here for 2o to 25 years ,,, majority still feel they need to make more money,,

the bosses work till late nights ,, and all employees work a standard 12 to 13 hour shift ,, they haven't even heard of the word "overtime" ,, its a normal work day

its so freaking expensive ,, especially the rents ,, that majority of the upper middle class families live in studio flats ,, think ,, like having ur own room is only for dreams

water is so bloody expensive that i wish i could quench my thirst wit petrol ,, people get high blood pressure if somebody's in their loo for more than ten minutes ,,
u cant even shit in peace

everybody's running ,, i dunno where ,, but they're literally running on the streets and nobody' s got time to talk

social life is good if u have the time to talk to ur wife and i dont even have one,,

and the most shocking part is ,, its normal not to have any friends ,, its like ,, friends and stuff is for school going kids ,, what do u need friends for ...

on the only holiday of the week friday ,, i've almost freaked out ,, both the bloody times i was taken to a bloody mall ,,
now these malls are huge ,, with fancy overpriced stuff and beautiful women ,, but all u can afford is to do is look ,, thats it ,, everybody goes to malls on fridays to watch and stare .. on top of it all ,, u are actually supposed to enjoy all of it ...
i hated it ,, killed myself a hundred times while i was walking through the fucked up place ...

and if u're coming here and u dont have a car ,,, go back ,,, its like crutches ,, u'r totally totally handicapped without a car ,,
taxi's can blow up ur monthly salary on an evenin tour in the city ...

i almost died of a sunstroke waiting for a bus with hundreds of other people ,, the buses again run on UAE standard time which is worser than its indian version

when i look out on the street ,, i only see tired ,, sad and faces full of stress and tension ,, the laughter and smiling faces are only limited to kids ,,, a recent survey on a radio station confirmed my fears when it said that only 20 percent of people staying in the UAE are actually happy ,,
i dont care whether they used a scientific method to get this conclusion or it could even be a fraud ,,
but when i look outside my window or on the roads ,, i just see in on their faces


actually i'm just homesick
